Privacy Policy

I Sell Sexy Toys and parent company WD Trading Ltd, respect the privacy of our customers. To protect both ourselves and our customers data we do the following:

Use Sage Pay as our payment provider, they never pass on your card details to us, are approved by our merchant provider, have excellent disaster recovery facilities and carry PCI compliance. Any card details you enter are entered directly onto their payment server.

We use our own deidcated servers located in an access controlled data centre. All information is backed up regularly to several storage area networks. Physical access and electronic access to the server are controlled. Our people do not have access to data unless they require it to do their job.

Sometimes we have to share data, for example we have to tell our courier the delivery address. Packages are plain and show the return address as "WD Trading Ltd". Sometimes we use a third party to fulfill an order. They operate the same data practises as we do.

We don't share or sell customer details, and we'll only email you a newsletter if you have subscribed to it.

We sometimes have to contact customers with order queries, we always try mobile numbers and email addresses first.
